Isaac Companion is an offline reference app for the game "The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth". Your privacy matters, and this policy explains exactly what (little) data is involved.
None. The app does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data. There are no analytics, no tracking, no advertising, no third-party SDKs, and no account system.
The app stores your preferences (language, favorites, grid settings) locally on your device using standard iOS storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.
The app requests camera access solely to recognize in-game items from screenshots on your device. Images captured are processed entirely on-device using Apple's Core ML framework and are never uploaded or stored by the app.
Game data and images are sourced from the community-maintained Rebirth wiki (wiki.gg) and bundled within the app. This app is a fan project and is not affiliated with Edmund McMillen, Nicalis, or wiki.gg.
